Captain Anthony Claessens

Eagle Scout, Air Force Aviator and Commercial Airline Pilot

Captain Classens is a founding member of the SDIC – Eagle Scout Alumni Association.  He served for many years as a commercial airline pilot with Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA) and USAir.  Captain Claessens envisioned, coordinated and realized the “Flight of The Eagles” in the 1970’s – An annual event to recognize boys who had attained Eagle in the preceding year – Sponsors and Eagles were hosted to an evening flight aboard a PSA Boeing 727 in the skies above California.
